Onboarding & Migration
Live in days, not months.
Import your data, configure your workflows, train your team — we make switching painless. No six-month implementation project. No consultant army. Your operation runs on Vorrex within days.
Import wizard
Step-by-step. Validated. Preview before commit.
The import wizard guides you through CSV or Excel upload with intelligent column mapping. Upload your file, map columns to Vorrex fields, and the system validates every row before anything is committed.
Validation errors are highlighted inline — missing required fields, invalid formats, duplicate records. Fix issues in your source file or accept the system's suggestions. Preview the import result before committing a single record.
Data migration
Bring your history. Do not start from zero.
Wash counts, inspection records, wearer assignments — import everything from your previous system so lifecycle continuity is preserved. A garment with 120 washes does not reset to zero when it enters Vorrex.
Historical data appears in the garment timeline with source labelling. Auditors can distinguish between imported records and Vorrex-native records. Compliance packs include both — full history from day one.
Configuration
Configure, do not customise. No code changes. Ship on day one.

FAQ
Common questions
How long does it take to go live with Vorrex?
A typical Vorrex implementation takes 12 weeks from contract to go-live. This covers garment register migration using the CSV import wizard, barcode labelling, Vorrex Setup installation, staff training, and a parallel-run period before full cutover.
Can existing garment data be migrated into Vorrex?
Yes. The CSV import wizard in Vorrex Manager accepts garment registers exported from spreadsheets or legacy systems. The wizard validates each row, flags errors with line-level detail, and stages the import for review before committing. Wash history can be imported alongside the garment register.
What configuration is needed before go-live?
Configuration covers garment types, PPE categories, wash programmes, inspection checklists, compliance rules, contract structures, and zone layouts. All configuration is done in Vorrex Manager through the admin UI — no code changes or SQL scripts required. Vorrex ships with a set of reference data for fire service PPE that covers most setups out of the box.
What training is provided for laundry staff?
Training covers three groups: plant floor operators (Vorrex Terminal modes relevant to their role), supervisors (Vorrex Manager admin tasks, reporting), and system administrators (configuration, data management, integration). Role-based training is typically completed in half-day sessions at the plant.
