When you submit a demo request or contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data: your name, email address, company name, job role, approximate number of wearers you manage, and any message you include. We do not collect data beyond what you voluntarily provide through these forms.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to schedule a product demo. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, add you to mailing lists, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website uses analytics cookies only with your consent. When you first visit, a banner gives you the choice to accept or reject analytics cookies. If you accept, the following cookies are set:

5. Third-party processors
We share data with the following third-party processors in order to operate this website:
- Formspree — processes form submissions. Data stored on servers in the United States.
- Google — provides Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for page-view and usage statistics.
- Microsoft — provides Clarity for heatmaps and anonymised session replays.
- Mixpanel — provides event tracking and session replay. Data processed via the EU endpoint (api-eu.mixpanel.com).
6. Data retention
Enquiry data submitted through our forms is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s default retention settings.
7. Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.
