HR & Workforce
Identify staffing problems before they become crises.
Clocking, absence management, training records, and operator performance — plus agency worker bookings and cost tracking. One system for your entire workforce, permanent and temporary.
Clocking system
Clock in. Clock out. Breaks tracked. Overtime calculated.
Operators clock in and out at their station. The system records start time, end time, and break periods. Overtime is calculated automatically against contracted hours — no manual timesheets, no supervisor sign-off on hours worked.
Clock data feeds directly into the Command Centre. Ops managers see who is on shift right now, who is on break, and which zones are staffed. No whiteboard. No radio check.
Absence management
Absence types. Bradford Factor. Return-to-work triggers.
All absence types managed in one place — sick leave, holidays, compassionate leave, training days. Each absence is categorised, dated, and attributed to the operator's record.
Bradford Factor scoring identifies problematic absence patterns automatically. Frequent short-term absences score higher than single long-term absences — the system surfaces the pattern before it becomes a staffing problem.
Training & certification
Certified for the task. Blocked if not.
Training records are linked to operator capabilities. An inspector must hold a valid inspection certification. A wash operator must be certified on the machine they are assigned to. The system tracks certification status and expiry dates.
When a certification expires, the operator is blocked from that task — they will not see it in their work queue. Expiry alerts fire 30 days before lapse, giving managers time to arrange retraining. Inspector competency verification is built into the inspection workflow.
Operator profile
Five tabs. Everything about one person.
The operator profile brings together every data point about a team member — overview, clock history, absences, training records, and performance metrics. One screen, five tabs, zero cross-referencing across different systems.
Agency workers
Full booking lifecycle. Cost tracking. Capability assignment.
Agency workers are tracked through the same system as permanent staff. Book, confirm, assign capabilities, and track costs — so you know exactly what temporary cover costs versus hiring.
Every agency worker gets a capability set. The work queue assigns tasks based on those capabilities, not assumptions. An agency worker certified for inspection gets inspection tasks. One without that certification does not.
Cost comparison
